Returns + Exchanges

 

We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that it’s not quite right we provide no fuss returns and exchanges. From receipt, you have 28 days to return any item. Just contact us via instagram on @studioMatthewMiller

Please send your items back with tracking to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage. Please note the goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, we will endeavour to refund you within 5 working days. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We will send you an email confirming the refund as soon as it has been processed.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with original swing tags intact. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Unfortunately items that are part of our sale or of a promotion must be returned within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange. However items in final reduction (70% discount and lower) are not eligible for returns.

For a direct exchange please contact our Customer Services to arrange this with our team.

Please note that if you make a purchase that qualifies for a discount and you wish to return the item, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If you make a number of purchases and return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s). Please note that for hygiene reasons all earrings are non-returnable.

Any shipping and delivery costs incurred will not be refunded.

International Customers

If you would like to return an item from an international or UK order please email our customer services for our returns address and instructions. Please note that customer care will issue you the warehouse address upon request.
